Word List keeps your vocabulary and quiz history on your device. This policy explains how we handle your information and the choices you have.
We never ask for or store personal details such as your name, email address, or account information.
Word List contains no analytics, advertising SDKs, or remote backups. All dictionaries, quizzes, and settings remain on your device.
Vocabulary entries, notes, quiz attempts, and progress data are created and stored locally for your study use.
Files you import (for example, CSV word lists) are processed entirely on-device and are not transmitted elsewhere.
If you choose to import a CSV file, Word List requests access only to the file you pick so the words can be added to your library.
The app does not run background services or interact with other apps without your action.
Word List does not integrate with cloud services, social networks, or analytics providers.
We depend on open-source packages that operate locally; they do not send your study data to external servers.
Because all study data stays on your device, you control how long it is kept.
You can remove your content at any time by deleting dictionaries in the app or uninstalling Word List. We recommend backing up your device if your word lists are important to you.
Word List can be used by learners of any age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Younger learners should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian to get the best learning experience.
If we release an update that changes how data is handled, we will revise this policy and update the “Last updated” date above.
We encourage you to review the policy after app updates so you always know how your information is protected.
