We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Player Seeker on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Player Seeker Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Player Seeker mobile application. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Pro Purchase
Player Seeker Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes ads and unlocks all league packs for the lifetime of the app. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
Content and Accuracy
Football data is provided 'as is' from third-party sources and may contain errors or be out of date. Clues are for entertainment; we make no warranty as to their accuracy.
Club and league names are used for identification only. Player Seeker is not endorsed by or affiliated with any league, club, player or data provider.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or extract the league pack data for use outside the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. The app is provided without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
